A well-known fact: if you want to fully explore the country you are going to visit, walk your own routes along previously unknown trails! No guides, tedious excursions in crowded buses and other tourist tinsel: you went out of town, and there every first path will be glad to see you. A couple of thermos flasks with hot tea, a warm blanket and, of course, a camera – that’s all that can be useful to you.

Today, Domashny decided to send you back to a place where you have never been before: to a fabulous (just like that!) Norway. Let’s leave the tourist “pop” and Oslo, which is slightly noisy for the ear of a Russian: today we will try to look at the northern pearl from… The birdhouse!

The local design studio Livit has created unique houses for travelers, which are called Birdbox – “birdhouse”. An amazing idea and its equally amazing embodiment led to the creation of a whole network of guest houses located in the heart of Norway, resembling in appearance that uncomplicated structure that most of us made in labor lessons at a Soviet school. Each of them is unique in its own way, but it meets the main task: to allow its temporary inhabitants to merge with nature as much as possible and enjoy it.
