Fish treats. The shelf life of fish is short, and without a refrigerator it is reduced significantly. It is worth giving up canned fish that have too bright a smell.
Dairy and fermented milk products. They also spoil easily at room temperature. The exception is hard cheeses. If you are used to drinking coffee or tea with milk, take herbal analogues or a powdered version.
Semi-finished products from boiled meat. Doctor’s sausage, sausages and sausages easily spoil on the road.
Desserts with cream or cottage cheese. They also need cold.
Dishes with mayonnaise or sour cream. They have too short shelf life, and it’s not very convenient to eat them on the road.
Garlic, onion and citrus fruits. These products have a pretty bright flavor. You can take a few slices of lemon in an airtight container if you like to add it to tea or coffee.
Carbonated drinks. They cannot quench their thirst.
Useful tips

On a long trip, you can not do without a mug, plate and appliances (knife, spoon and fork). Choose a dish that cannot break. Take a closer look at the stainless steel travel kit or plastic and silicone items.

Perishable products, such as meat, cheese and sandwiches, can be packed in a thermos bag. A portable cold storage battery or a plastic bottle with frozen water will help create comfortable storage conditions.

All these tricks will help you get the most out of your trip!
