Put the milk on the fire and bring to a boil. Add the dry ingredients in parts, stirring the mixture constantly.
Switch the stove to a low heat. While continuing to stir, bring the mass to a thickening. Remove from the stove.
Break the chocolate bar into pieces and add it to the hot mass. Mix thoroughly until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
Add the oil and mix thoroughly again.
Cool the workpiece, and then beat it with a mixer until it increases in volume.
The resulting paste should be stored in the refrigerator in a jar with a tight lid.
For the dough, beat the eggs with milk.
Mix all the dry ingredients.

For the cream:

milk — 200 ml
egg yolks — 2 pcs.
flour — 15 g
butter — 15 g
vanilla sugar — to taste
Cooking method:
For the cream, separate the egg yolks from the whites. We won’t need proteins. See the article on how to use them.
Combine the yolks with the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Add the milk to the mixture, pour everything into a saucepan and put it on the fire. Bring to a boil and cook for no more than 1 minute.
Remove the workpiece from the heat, add oil to the mixture, mix thoroughly.
Cover the cream with cling film so that it comes into contact with its surface, and let it cool. The cream should be thick.
For the dough, beat the eggs with sugar. Pour the milk into the mixture and add salt. Beat with a mixer.
Mix the remaining dry ingredients and gradually add them to the milk. Whisk again so that no lumps remain. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat the waffle iron, lightly oil both panels. Pour 1 tablespoon of dough into the fish mold, add 1 teaspoon of custard to the middle. Top up with another 1 tablespoon of dough. Press down the top panel and leave it on for 5 minutes.
Serve creamy taiyaki with strong black tea.

Cooking method:
For the filling, take your favorite cheese and grate it on a grater. Cut the ham into small pieces. Mix everything together.
For the dough, sift the wheat flour and mix it with other dry ingredients.
Whisk the milk with the egg.
Connect the liquid and dry parts. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Prepare a waffle iron, lightly oil the mold. When the green indicator lights up, put 1 tablespoon of dough into both fish molds on the panel. Add 1 teaspoon of the ham and cheese mixture to the middle. Top up with another tablespoon of dough. Press down the top panel and leave it on for 5 minutes.
