Housework
A beautiful spacious house, a bathhouse and a vegetable garden are accompanied by the need to take care of all this household. You can’t call a plumber from the housing department anymore. Be prepared for the fact that you will have to carry out construction and repair work yourself or invite craftsmen for money.

If the renovation in a city apartment is limited only to the interior, then here it is a complete house: walls, roof, pipes, fence and gazebos. And do not forget about the snow, which needs to be cleaned in winter. And the grass that needs to be mowed in the summer.

Documents for the house and land plot
This is not a disadvantage of living outside the city, but just something that needs to be paid special attention to. Before buying a property, carefully study the documents not only for the construction, but also for the land under it.

Contact the specialists. Ask if it will be possible to register if it is important to you. Find out about the purpose of the land and the types of permitted use. They relate to the rights and obligations of the owner of suburban real estate.

Infrastructure
A minus that is worth thinking about seriously. Medicine in rural areas is often bad. Polyclinics are far away, in poor condition and poorly equipped with both equipment and staff. If there are people in your family who need constant medical supervision, perhaps moving is not your option.

Another aspect is education. If you choose a school and kindergarten in the city, you will have to constantly take children there. If you choose a school in the village, you may face a lower quality of education. In addition, in the village you will not find such a variety of clubs and sections for children as in the city.

But there are cottage settlements located 30 minutes away from the city, and your child in high school will be able to get home from school by himself. There are villages within which there is already all the infrastructure necessary for a comfortable life.

You just have to weigh all the pros and cons and make a choice.
